Verizom covers all of NH as having service on their map. This is bogus-this entire area is lucky to get 1 bar and frequently drops callsWas this review helpful to you?
Poor reception from T-mobile. I am on a Pre-paid plan and want to shift some other carrier. I hardly get one bar on my phone. Some T-Mobile kiosk people say, post paid is better. But, I asked the T-Mobile store people in Portsmouth, they say prepaid and post paid coverage for T-Mobile is same. Was this review helpful to you?
No reception in my house = have to go onto the porch and still yesterday could get nothing. They said it is because my location is between three cell towers and down a hill. Verizon seemed to work as did Sprint - will have to go to another carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
Salisbury, Merrimac, West Newbury, the signal hardly exists. Sprint HAS to know this problem. Was this review helpful to you?
Access to data services (internet) is terrible from Amesbury to Saugus, MA. A relative visiting from Florida, who has no problems in Florida, had the same problem with his iPhone 3 while with me. AT&T says data cells, in this area, are working. I pointed out that my data access is good in Boston so why not in my home area. I got no satifaction when I complained. I'm paying $30. per months for data service that I am not getting and am locked in for another year unless I eat the early termination fee. This should be looked at by the FCC. My suggestion to a new data user is to go with Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
The map says that I should have full reception, I have almost none. Why?Was this review helpful to you?
No service in Greenland for five days. I have called, but nothing has been done. I can callfrom any place else. Never had this problem before and AT&T says it is the cell towers. Was this review helpful to you?
fluctuating signal strength, dropped calls, GPS is off, tries to connect to Salisbury and West Newbury towers instead of the one 1 / 2 mile away...Was this review helpful to you?
People, every provider has dead spots... when I am at home, my awesome Blackberry Curve 8900 uses my WIFI to give me good reception if service is weaker..same as at a buddy's house in Amesbury(where I get no reception--shame on those people who have no security on their WIFI--they should be happy I am not a thief with a laptop stealing all their info) Driving around this area, I get good coverage with only a dropped call once in awhile, usually in an area with lots of trees hanging over the road---guess what..if you block a signal with trees, the phone won't work..lol I have no problem with T-Mobile whatsoever, and their customer service is the BEST..10 yr customer here--and you people can have your silly Iphones and the like--I'll take my Blackberry any dayWas this review helpful to you?
though according to ATT I am supposed to have good service, I am stuck with "No Service" while at home. When I went through this with them at length, they suggested I go with another company - they could do (and have done) nothing to remedy this. Was this review helpful to you?
