No reception this year. Last year it was very good for T-Mobile. AT&T worked fine this year but not last year. GO Figure! Was this review helpful to you?
I used to have good service but over the last few months next to no service. I do have new 6s I phone but don't think it's the phone. Something has changed. Still gave good LTE serviceWas this review helpful to you?
No reception at my house or place of employment. None whatsoever. When will this happen for those of us left behind in the 20th century? No towers within 7 miles. Was this review helpful to you?
I have to walk out back to get reliable reception. Calls drop frequently. Was this review helpful to you?
Hands down the worst LTE service. My wife has Verizon which works perfectly fine and my work phone is via T-Mobile, also working flawlessly. If I use *#*#4636#*#* and turn off LTE on my AT&T phone its better. Cannot wait to be out of the contract...Was this review helpful to you?
Used T-Mobile prepaid(voice only) having AT&T for roaming for five years or so. No extra charge for roaming but T-Mobile doesn't like it if you use it extensively. I used service mostly for out-of-town contact past Wiscasset. When I first got service, I put T-Mobile's coverage map to the test and found it to be quite accurate. There was mostly no coverage but there were some pink spots on the map that I could get reception at, like around the Southport bridge / Robinson's Warf area. At time-of-writting, my house is at a location with shaded pink and I can't get a signal with T-Mobile, but I can still get a signal at some of the darker pink locations. This could be limited by the phone being older now. I can't get AT&T in the house but I can get spotty reception in the yard and most other places around town. I have Verizon now(did a separate review for that) mostly because of nation wide coverage. My parents use US Cellular and it works great for them all around town. Was this review helpful to you?
Recently got a new phone and using Verizon prepaid. Drove around checking signal strength by bars. In town was 4-5(3-4 in my house). Mostly 2-3 everywhere else with a few small dead zones. Adverage 1 bar near water. Drove around Southport. No reception at the water south along ocean point but some on the west side. So their coverage vs. non-coverage map is somewhat accurate. Was this review helpful to you?
Zero to 1 bar inside home and backyard. Very poor service from AT&T with a Galaxy S5. Slightly better with an iPhone 6 and perfect with Verizon iPhone 6 and S4. It's not the phone its the carrier, give me what I pay for AT&T.Was this review helpful to you?
Over the last few months, my coverage has gotten worse and worse. I can hardly ever get reception in my house and often have to go outside. Around town (Brunswick and Bath), calls often go straight to voicemail because they don't connect with me, or I cannot make calls because I get the ZERO bars. WTF? With all the towers in the area I should get better than this! Was this review helpful to you?
I am not on US Cellular bur this form requires you to pick a carrier. The two nearest towers are US Cellular. I am using an LG38C on TracFone. TracFone uses other carriers towers. Signal varies between 2 and 4 bars. Towers are set up along route 1 for the most part. I have a better chance of a better signal outside of tourist season. Was this review helpful to you?
