Most of the time stays in 1 bar. Very hard to keep a call longer than 2 minutes. It also shows extended instead of 3G. Poor performance.

very little reception in half of apartment. other half really poor reception. constant dropping of calls. sometimes no text reception.

For the past five weeks service has gotten worse. Dropped calls to not being able to make outgoing calls, whether indoors or out. Prior to five weeks ago, almost never had a problem. Despite complaining to Sprint several times, zero improvement.

The service in an around NYC generally is abysmal. My phone constantly drops to no service, no data, or roaming as I move throughout the city. I'm lucky to have a call that doesn't drop within several minutes, and I constantly have texts failing delivery and voicemails that come through late.

ABSOLUTELLY NO RECEPTION CAN'T MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS, TEXTS 20% GO THRU and I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE COMPLAINING

Cannot use viber, nor facetime the data network sucks. Viber calls get dropped afte 50 seconds.

I get spectacular reception on Kent St.outside and inside. Typically I will have full bars for 4G service throughout my (4 floor) walk-up from the ground and 2nd floors, even in the back of the building (farther from the street).

I don't know what happened but my iPhone 3GS has poor reception in NY Penn Station now. The phone will say 3G is connected but all apps can't fin an internet connection 80% of the time. Edge connection is alittle better, connection happens 50% of the time. Voice / SMS happens about 50% of the time. AT&T needs to improve their reception or I am moving to another carrier.
