Have not had TMo service here since day 1 of getting the service 3yrs ago. I mean no service as in ZERO - how can that be?

No data 90% of the day - LTE cell booster does nothing - jumps from 2-3 to 1 and "E" - called TMo they said they are upgrading towers... same towers from June? Sure...

Not sure what is going on but I basically have a non usable brand new S8+ phone. Am locate just off of West St. in downtown NYC. Literally, only between 0.05 to.75 Mbps download speeds. I called tech support and they said many people calling and it is due to the upgrade going on to LTE-U. Sprint wasn't even this bad... but on day 3 of T-Mobile, I'm not happy... hopefully upgrade is legit and we'll all benefit from some super speeds soon!

Only 1 bar during day... . 2 or 3 late night... ..on LTE. 3G is fine 4-5 bars... . always need wifi for data

Very fast speeds, full bars of service. There are literally cell sites every two blocks and even on the light poles. No problems even on a crowded weekend.

I have been a T-Mobile subscriber for 8 years. There are a lot of dead areas in New York. I do not know whose fault it is. In traveling service is also spotty but almost better out of the country. Have traveled a lot. I always found out I have been paying more than I thought I was. I am looking to change now. I am paying almost 120.00 for unlimited phone and text. handset service plan -12.00. Unlimited 4G ( which is sometimes throttled) -45.00 and International calling -10.00. I think that is too much in today's market - This Is Aug. 1 2016

I have to stick on my office window to talk on my cellphone. I am lucky if I get 2 bars. I am paying $95 a month for 5 G. Funny.

Absolutely no service from T-Mobile from my location, and I can't register on another network. Anyone who has T-Mobile in my office is SOL like me. Called T-Mobile to ask about the problem and was told to buy a new phone. That makes no sense. It might make sense because I have a rather dated phone, but EVERYONE in my office who is signed up with T-Mobile gets no service either.

Once I'm in my building I get only 1 to 2 bars (Stuyvesant Town - NY). Some calls are dropped, I cannot hear caller and caller cannot hear me.
