i signed up with Sprint to buy an iphone 9 months ago..im not trying to complain but I understand why people say horrible stuff about them..there customer care agents dont know jack..trying to get credits (when you deserve them) is impossible..when I call into customer care they like to talk down to me and try to say that I'm the problem and Sprint service is not..i have no clue how Sprint is still in business..they have horrible service..i get no service..i have to move around my apartment to get service..during the hurricane it was horrible..sprint was no help..when my contract is up I'm out..Was this review helpful to you?
Just moved further up into Greenpoint to discover I have little or no service in my apartment, even when standing next to the window. I can't hold calls for more that 30 seconds, and texts regularly go undelivered. I can't get 3G at all and only rarely get Edge. AT&T is the worst! Friends with Verizon phones get minimum 3 bars with 3 G, so it's not my building.Was this review helpful to you?
Tmobile has horrible service. I have to go outside on the corner to get coverage. Many complaints about sketchy service, but no improvements. Verizon and Sprint are only providers that work throughout the entire building.Was this review helpful to you?
Service is terrible. 90% of the time I get no service at all. The phone has been replaced twice, the problem is obviously with ATT. I am dumping their service and going with Verizon.Was this review helpful to you?
Terrible reception. Signal drops from 3G with 3-4 bars to stupid 'roaming' circle icon with 1 bar at the EXACT time I want to send a text, email, or YouTube.Was this review helpful to you?

I can't make or receive any phone calls since yesterday morning (service downed for 2 days already). Talked with an ATT stuff and they said there were no service in that area, it not my phone / sim card problem.Was this review helpful to you?
My phone gets no service lately. It even says "No service" in the top left corner. When I first power it up, it has bars for three seconds and then it goes to "searching" and then "no service." AT&T is saying there are some cell tower issues in the vicinity. No kidding! AT&T needs far more cell towers and to fix them - quickly! Still, Apple is suggesting I replace my phone. AT&T is suggesting I try getting a new SIM card. But AT&T can't tell me if / when the cell towers will be fixed. Terrible service! Thanks for listening!
