No data 90% of the day - LTE cell booster does nothing - jumps from 2-3 to 1 and "E" - called TMo they said they are upgrading towers... same towers from June? Sure...Was this review helpful to you?

Not sure what is going on but I basically have a non usable brand new S8+ phone. Am locate just off of West St. in downtown NYC. Literally, only between 0.05 to.75 Mbps download speeds. I called tech support and they said many people calling and it is due to the upgrade going on to LTE-U. Sprint wasn't even this bad... but on day 3 of T-Mobile, I'm not happy... hopefully upgrade is legit and we'll all benefit from some super speeds soon!Was this review helpful to you?
Never had much of a problem - service seems ok all over city. Cant relate to the service problems others seem to have. Could it be phone related? I have an Iphone 6s.Was this review helpful to you?
