No data 90% of the day - LTE cell booster does nothing - jumps from 2-3 to 1 and "E" - called TMo they said they are upgrading towers... same towers from June? Sure...

No data. One signal at Goldman sach building. No signals. Sometimes get edge. I wonder how T-Mobile claims to have a service even. When there is data coverage no page render. Speed test show 0.2 Mbps. Tmobile sucks. Everyone knows. I am looking to switch over after 15 years of customer. I hate it. I kept service as I do not watch videos so not a big data user.

T-Mobile service is getting really bad in Jersey City Downtown area, after 5 years I think it's time to look for more reliable provider. I've been calling tech and customer service for months, empty promises and more BS from T-Mobile. They told me to change a phone, which I did, but the same problem persists. Maybe their outspoken CEO should visit Jersey City and see how bad their service really is.

Signal is spotty at best when outdoors and not available at all when I enter most buildings... regardless of floor. I've shelled out the $$ for a new phone to no avail. When I do have coverage and happen to habe my wi-fi on, I'm spammed to connect to the area cable providers wi-fi... however, Verizon isn't an option and there's no way to opt out or indicate this 'exception other than to not be on wi-fi.

Not sure what is going on but I basically have a non usable brand new S8+ phone. Am locate just off of West St. in downtown NYC. Literally, only between 0.05 to.75 Mbps download speeds. I called tech support and they said many people calling and it is due to the upgrade going on to LTE-U. Sprint wasn't even this bad... but on day 3 of T-Mobile, I'm not happy... hopefully upgrade is legit and we'll all benefit from some super speeds soon!

I only have one circle / bar full while in my apartment. Calls go straight to voicemail and I'm experiencing a significant amount of dropped calls. This is all within the last six months.

Only 1 bar during day... . 2 or 3 late night... ..on LTE. 3G is fine 4-5 bars... . always need wifi for data
