Sprint
Although "OPEN SIGNAL" APP SHOWS STRONG SIGNAL FOR SPRINT, All my calls are intelligible and Every Call gets dropped... The app also shows that there are NO NEARBY CELL TOWERS... . My phone has been tested many times and it's working properly and others in my building are experiencing the same issues... .I also tested I PHONE 5 S and results are the same. Any suggestions to improve horrible reception???? Thanks to all that reply...

Very fast speeds, full bars of service. There are literally cell sites every two blocks and even on the light poles. No problems even on a crowded weekend.

I have been a T-Mobile subscriber for 8 years. There are a lot of dead areas in New York. I do not know whose fault it is. In traveling service is also spotty but almost better out of the country. Have traveled a lot. I always found out I have been paying more than I thought I was. I am looking to change now. I am paying almost 120.00 for unlimited phone and text. handset service plan -12.00. Unlimited 4G ( which is sometimes throttled) -45.00 and International calling -10.00. I think that is too much in today's market - This Is Aug. 1 2016

It's the financial capital of the world, one of the most advanced areas and T-Mobile gives 1 bar no data, all bars but no data. Contact them for copy-paste replies.

My texts fail when sending and delayed when recieving, phone calls go right to voice mail and doesn't even register as missed call I just get a voice mail notification. AT&T is the worst

Reception often drops to no coverage. At any given time phone calls will drop completely. Seems random when service will be good or non-existent.

I have post-paid "unlimited" plan with Verizon but cell reception is so poor, I have another cell with prepaid sim of t-mobile.

Absolutely no service from T-Mobile from my location, and I can't register on another network. Anyone who has T-Mobile in my office is SOL like me. Called T-Mobile to ask about the problem and was told to buy a new phone. That makes no sense. It might make sense because I have a rather dated phone, but EVERYONE in my office who is signed up with T-Mobile gets no service either.

Once I'm in my building I get only 1 to 2 bars (Stuyvesant Town - NY). Some calls are dropped, I cannot hear caller and caller cannot hear me.
