Sprint is absoultely the worst. Unlimited data for unusable service. Internet speeds are slow to non existent. Calls cannot be made inside a building. Calls get dropped all the time when inside a building or anywhere indoors. Please do not fall for sprint's unlimited deception. Anyone that gives Sprint a good review is probably sprint's upperanagement or somewhat related to the ownership of sprint. Obviously Sprint has no morals behind their business. How can you charge your customers a bill every month when you cannot use the service? This is straight robbery and a crime.

I get one bar in my apartment when I'm standing by a window. Calls are frequently dropped. Sometimes they go straight to voicemail. I am ready to go to Comcast Triple Play just so I can get phone calls at home. I get 5 bars in my office near the World Trade Center. It seems that all the carriers are bad in Jersey City! Meanwhile, the neighborhood association is doing all it can to block the addition of more transmitters. NIMBY.

I am on the 15th floor of our office on madison ave and 25th street. I never got good the 4G coverage. When contacted giving my coordinats to the Verizon supprt they ask me to use the wifi in my office. horrible service some times can not even recieve calls for get about data... .

My work uses AT&T as our wireless carrier and for years I have been unable to get usable reception at Penn Station. Honestly, I think AT&T is throttling users here unless they are on high end data plans.

The 3G signal is strong. I haven't had any problems with data or voice inside building. Not sure how 4G LTE will be when I upgrade.

Work in this area and use my phone a lot. There's never more than a bar unless I huddle in one small area in my office but even that changes from time to time. Calls usually drop after the first couple minutes and I usually just give up. Texting is terrible too - end up sending or receiving duplicate messages or have to send standard messages instead of SMS. Thinking about switching but the alternatives are still pretty poor in this area.

Just switched from Verizon to Sprint and my reception has suffered. I used to have no issues getting reception in my office (interior but only about 20 feet from windows) now I get very poor reception and can't get through more than 1 or 2 songs on pandora without losing reception. Its very frustrating. I might have to go back to Verizon.

I am not able to make calls, check email or send / receive text messages from my office. I have called T-Mobile several times about this issue, but it has not been resolved yet.
