Data was terrible before superstorm Sandy. 4G rarely held forced to use 3G. 3G seemed to connect at tower in Greenwich Village across the Hudson.Big battery drain. After Sandy big improvment. Can hold 4G LTE service, regularly get 5+Mbps download often 10+Was this review helpful to you?

I don't know what happened but my iPhone 3GS has poor reception in NY Penn Station now. The phone will say 3G is connected but all apps can't fin an internet connection 80% of the time. Edge connection is alittle better, connection happens 50% of the time. Voice / SMS happens about 50% of the time. AT&T needs to improve their reception or I am moving to another carrier.Was this review helpful to you?
I work in the waterfront building on the River St, and seldom get any network. It is a hit or miss, based upon your luck. I have missed some very important calls, and friends have complained that calls go starightaway to my voicemail. Network not good on the Hoboken terminal as well. Bad reception means battery dying faster as well, and I carry the charger everywhere. I can talk about at least one more colleague who is facing the same issue. Her boy friend gets pretty pissed off when he can't connect. My search for reviews brought me to this forum, and now at least I know that we are not the chosen ones!Was this review helpful to you?

T-mobile offers without a doubt the worst service available. Do not sign up with them, they are unhelpful, unprofessional and liars! I have absolutely no coverage in my own appartment. Such service is unacceptable from any self proclaimed cell phone company.Was this review helpful to you?
i signed up with Sprint to buy an iphone 9 months ago..im not trying to complain but I understand why people say horrible stuff about them..there customer care agents dont know jack..trying to get credits (when you deserve them) is impossible..when I call into customer care they like to talk down to me and try to say that I'm the problem and Sprint service is not..i have no clue how Sprint is still in business..they have horrible service..i get no service..i have to move around my apartment to get service..during the hurricane it was horrible..sprint was no help..when my contract is up I'm out..Was this review helpful to you?
