Sprint is an Absolutely useless service. Their coverage maps are wrong. Come to Battery park and check the signal. See if you get anything more than a bar. God forbid you should connect to 3G.

Tmobile has horrible service. I have to go outside on the corner to get coverage. Many complaints about sketchy service, but no improvements. Verizon and Sprint are only providers that work throughout the entire building.

Service is terrible. 90% of the time I get no service at all. The phone has been replaced twice, the problem is obviously with ATT. I am dumping their service and going with Verizon.

Been with ATT for about 5 yrs now.. The reception is miserable. I have never spoken to anyone for more than 3 minutes before the call gets dropped :( I tried calling ATT cust service and they have always been trying to sell me the idea of buying an ATT micro cell from them for $195 something. I recently tested a Verizon phone from a friend and it works fine. I guess it has something to do with ATT towers. They may be using the old towers used for 3g network and selling us 4G phones which probably makes them incompatibale. I say this because the ATT prepaid phone I brought worked perfectly fine. it is a problem ONLY with all 4G phones being used on ATT.

Terrible reception. Signal drops from 3G with 3-4 bars to stupid 'roaming' circle icon with 1 bar at the EXACT time I want to send a text, email, or YouTube.

Day 5 and still can't connect to network. Issue started October 1, 2012. Can't call out, receive calls or texts. Sprint said towers in this area were being messed with because of Verizon. Ticket was closed today at 1pm and now it's AT&T that's effecting service. Sprint claims the issue is the local exchange server. VERY FRUSTRATING to say the least! Manhattan and Bronx NY are affected. However, not all users are having issues... weird!

I can't make or receive any phone calls since yesterday morning (service downed for 2 days already). Talked with an ATT stuff and they said there were no service in that area, it not my phone / sim card problem.

My phone gets no service lately. It even says "No service" in the top left corner. When I first power it up, it has bars for three seconds and then it goes to "searching" and then "no service." AT&T is saying there are some cell tower issues in the vicinity. No kidding! AT&T needs far more cell towers and to fix them - quickly! Still, Apple is suggesting I replace my phone. AT&T is suggesting I try getting a new SIM card. But AT&T can't tell me if / when the cell towers will be fixed. Terrible service! Thanks for listening! I needed to express my great frustration.
