While just text messages go through to the receiver, any screenshot does not. I would put this down as the fault of the city that does not insure that there is very good cell phone coverage in the heart of its city - Times Square. Was this review helpful to you?
There's basically no data with T-Mobile anywhere in Times Square... pretty bad when you're NOT a tourist and live / work here. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint service has been terrible all the city and they rub it in my face with those store window posts "Sprint LA's Fastest Network"Was this review helpful to you?
Bought a prepaid card and was promised 4G. On different occasions I tested the connection with speedtest. Average download: 1.25 Mbps, average upload 0.42 Mbps. Very bad quality and too expensive. Was this review helpful to you?
Only 1 bar during day... . 2 or 3 late night... ..on LTE. 3G is fine 4-5 bars... . always need wifi for dataWas this review helpful to you?
Had only one signal bar. Although I have not experienced dropped calls, but data was coming at a snail's pace. I find across time square and Manhattan AT&T service is very poor. Cricket uses AT&T service. 2 MB download and 5MB upload. It should be 8 MB down and 8MB upload. Was this review helpful to you?
AWFUL! Service disappears for hours without even changing locations. Sometimes the service is fine, sometimes it doesn't exist. Was this review helpful to you?
TBH, I've never had a problem with Sprint service until I moved to this apartment. The service on 10th Ave. is practically non-existantWas this review helpful to you?
All over Manhattan, I have found AT&T's coverage to be like Swiss cheese. I walk back and forth across Midtown daily and my phone and data coverage drops in and out constantly. It's pretty bad when in one of the biggest cities in the world, I can't get reliable coverage. Was this review helpful to you?
I have to stick on my office window to talk on my cellphone. I am lucky if I get 2 bars. I am paying $95 a month for 5 G. Funny. Was this review helpful to you?
