While just text messages go through to the receiver, any screenshot does not. I would put this down as the fault of the city that does not insure that there is very good cell phone coverage in the heart of its city - Times Square. Was this review helpful to you?
There's basically no data with T-Mobile anywhere in Times Square... pretty bad when you're NOT a tourist and live / work here. Was this review helpful to you?
Bought a prepaid card and was promised 4G. On different occasions I tested the connection with speedtest. Average download: 1.25 Mbps, average upload 0.42 Mbps. Very bad quality and too expensive. Was this review helpful to you?
Dozens of dropped calls over 2 years. Can't complete calls on a regular basis from my apartment. ATT said it was my phone and sold me a new phone. $700 later and that did not work. Now they told me to use my wireless (Cable) option. WHAT THE HECK AM I PAYING ATT FOR? Somebody should start a Class Action Suit about this. Clearly, thousands of people cannot get good service in Manhattan. I have no problems outside of NYCWas this review helpful to you?
Can make and receive calls and texts but data is practically non-existent when just a year ago it was great. I'm guessing their node is completely congested and they need to add capacity. Was this review helpful to you?
Had only one signal bar. Although I have not experienced dropped calls, but data was coming at a snail's pace. I find across time square and Manhattan AT&T service is very poor. Cricket uses AT&T service. 2 MB download and 5MB upload. It should be 8 MB down and 8MB upload. Was this review helpful to you?
AWFUL! Service disappears for hours without even changing locations. Sometimes the service is fine, sometimes it doesn't exist. Was this review helpful to you?
TBH, I've never had a problem with Sprint service until I moved to this apartment. The service on 10th Ave. is practically non-existantWas this review helpful to you?
I have to stick on my office window to talk on my cellphone. I am lucky if I get 2 bars. I am paying $95 a month for 5 G. Funny. Was this review helpful to you?
