T-Mobile

Lately, I've been having very poor reception in my office. I was told that T-Mobile had a cell problem in the region. When are they going to fix it?

there's a tower at 36th Street, which can get powerful signal, even in basement, when getting 1-block fewer on Verizon note: there's no reception at Dining Hall in Grand Central Station

*Reception* is actually good. But almost every call gets dropped after less than a minute! This has been going on since before Thanksgiving - and customer service keeps repeating, "Yes, we have problems there, they will be fixed soon" and adding bonus minutes to my account - which I might as well donate back to them. Two thumbs down.

I have no luck with my service in my apt. AT&T won't help me - and I don't know what to do. They suck. I got a Siemens phone yesterday and it won't work in my apt either. So it has to be AT&T.

No reception what so ever. Call customer service, indicated all tower around area are down. No service for over a month

Reception is poor in this area (at least inside a highrise). In addition reception will drop to 0 dropping calls and returning in the next second.

Verizon is the way to go in New York city. I have had sprint and AT&T and both pale in comparison to Verizon service. With Verizon I even have reception in subw tunnels sometimes. With Sprint and At&T I had problem getting reception standing in the middle of the street. Do yourself a favor and start with Verizon. Otherwise you have months of frustration and shotty service ahead.
