I work inside penn station and my Sprint phone has no signal I got to keep moving from one place to the other to make a phone call or go outside to the street I saw contractos from spring installin antenas inside but they dont even know when this job is going to be finnish meanwhile all my coworkers have Verizon and then can make call and search the internet just about everywhere This situation sucks and I'm getting tired from this situation

Terrible service. I am constantly travelling around the city and rarely get "4G" and when I do its terrible speeds. I can stand in one spot and run the full gambit from 4G to 3G to 1x to no service without moving. Full "4G" right now, just ran speed test and getting 2.91Mbps. A Tmo co-worker just got 29.91Mbps, with only 2 bars 4G. Just not worth it to save the few $ that my company discounts for sprint, today they lose another customer. Cant wait to get the Note4 on Tmobile!

My phone is basically useless inside buildings. I'm forced to either use my office phone or head outside to the street to make a call. I've also noticed recently the "red x" next to reception icon on my phone when trying to make calls / send texts while outside. I'm unable to use my phone for a good 30 minutes whenever this happens. My GF has Verizon and experiences none of these issues.

Costly plan and the damn phone (Internet) and calls never work. Very frustrating. Switched from Sprint to Verizon and regret it dearly...

My work uses AT&T as our wireless carrier and for years I have been unable to get usable reception at Penn Station. Honestly, I think AT&T is throttling users here unless they are on high end data plans.

The data service on Verizon is terrible. I get full bars on the phone but it's useless. It takes 20 minutes to send a simple text and iMessage. It works 10 percent of the time. The voice service is satisfactory. For those looking to switch to Verizon. I just want to say Grass is not always greener on the other side.

Work in Hells Kitchen, No signal at all, from 4G drops to 1x, and from 1x to no signal at all, then goes to 3G. Drains the battery in 2 hours. Most of my co-workers have Verizon with different phones they all are having the same problem unlike At&t, T-Mobile and Sprint they have full bars. Hopefully Verizon does something about it, when Sandy hit Rockaway Verizon was the only carrier sending antennas, I was the happiest customer, not anymore. but still dont want to change carrier.

Ipad mini and iphone 5 get 2 bars. 3 Mbts down and 3 up at 10pm. At 1pm got 0.2 down which is unusable. I'm really getting sick of verizon. Data speed is mostly unusable between noon and 5 and very slow the rest of the time. It's only fast for me from 5-7 am. Btw. There is nothing wrong with my phone. These speeds are the same for two iphone 5s and an ipad mini. I switched from AT&T when the iphone 5 came out hoping for better service. And it was for a while, buts it's been awful ever since sandy.
