Bryant Park is probably the worst in Manhattan below 59th St.when it comes to Verizon receptions. Can't make phone calls, no data reception at all. I though Verizon was better than AT&T. It turned out to be marginally true. Was this review helpful to you?

Most of the time stays in 1 bar. Very hard to keep a call longer than 2 minutes. It also shows extended instead of 3G. Poor performance. Was this review helpful to you?

For the past five weeks service has gotten worse. Dropped calls to not being able to make outgoing calls, whether indoors or out. Prior to five weeks ago, almost never had a problem. Despite complaining to Sprint several times, zero improvement. Was this review helpful to you?
The service in an around NYC generally is abysmal. My phone constantly drops to no service, no data, or roaming as I move throughout the city. I'm lucky to have a call that doesn't drop within several minutes, and I constantly have texts failing delivery and voicemails that come through late. Was this review helpful to you?
