AT&T

Extremely poor cell service! I reported it to AT&T the beginning of October 2021 and they said the tower would be fixed October 21, 2021. It is now December 22, 2021 and the cellular service is still extremely poor!

I changed a location at 10314 zip code no good reception the calls dropped nothing can work I paid 2 time my monthly paiement scared to loose my services as I need my phone for may important updates I m disappointed even the automated service is not helpful I don’t know I’m thinking to change a service but I don’t know which one is good ?

After reviewing the most recent post about Verizon coverage,and lack of coverage, a VZ customer could call a customer who switched cell phone carriers. VZ technicians told the customer to switch his cellphone number to one that was within the VZ landline service area. Funny, the landline reached the phone while both were using VZ networks.. covered by the a it was determined s Verizon land line couldn't call a customer who switched carriers from VZ. Previously,customer was able to call that cellphone as long as both were on the VZ network. VZ cell signals remain low and should approach -50dBm for best service. VZ claims that -107 dbm is OK and one doubts the will improve coverage. VZ executive offices are confounded by tech responses and will contact their engineering department for answers. Maybe VZ customers bought a famous bridge when the subscribe to that company certainly we are fed much horse hockey. It's time to switch carriers but which one listens to customers?

I'm a broadcast engineer. Signal levels dropped in past 2 years. My FIM measurments / signal levels are -107to - 118dBm. ASU avg. is 33. -120dBm is no signal, One should have better than -90dBm for good svc. I measured signal levels for 3 miles distant from Court House. Had miinor but signals didn't improve. VZ contacted. Said we have poor suignals, will not correct issue. Contacted FCC for help. N / G. Verizon said: get another carrier." Customer service bad. Telephone hold time exceeds 45 minutes.

Several times a week I am unable to use data via Sprint when at my office. Reception comes and goes for hours at a time.

I am satisfied with this service. Rarely have dropped calls. Text messages work fine. Data service works great. Using Sprint 6 years and no problems
