I have been a Verizon customer for many years since 2012. Always have had good service. I work in NYC and Bay Ridge Brooklyn and live in Staten Island. Since 4G and LTE I have never had an issue. However their prices are not the best. 2 lines unlimited everything and upgraded iPhone every year has brought the price over $220. Thinking of Sprint or T mobile but I would hate to sacrifice service.

The worst signal I have ever had accept for T mobile who has no service. Verizon is good here! Many calls to ATT but they say,they will look into it but it never gets fixed! I hate to leave bad reviews but the truth is the truth. If they cared about it they would have fixed it!

What is going on with MetroPCS service for 2018? I live in Tottenville I get no service inside the house I have to go outside to make a phone call.. I get text messages at 4 a.m. that were texted to me the previous day ... ... .2016 MetroPCS work fine in Tottenville I never had to go outside to make a phone call prior to 2018... I am forced to use Google Hangouts to make phone calls and to send text messages defeats the purpose of paying Metro PCS for their service.. seems like this year they are cutting down cell Towers instead of putting them up

At&t used to have great service however now I get Dropped or calls that cut out Missed calls (no clue they came in) Missed texts- both incoming, and outgoing that say they sent but recipient never receives. Slow data rates or failed loading of web pages and buffering audio and video It really is unacceptable. I have used AT&T mark the spot for several years hoping pointing out different holes in their network would lead to improvements, however no such luck. I am fed up and if this is what 1 of the 2 premium carriers give for service I am afraid to imagine what a budget carrier is like. I tried to call AT&T and got no resolution and actually am looking into options to switch.

Att service is terrible here. We cannot talk on our phones without moving outside. AT&T gave me a new sims card thinking it would help, but nothing changed. Anyone else in tottenville with this AT&T issue?
