I don't know what happened but as of late, reception has been horrible. Averaging just one bar in most of Tottenville and is slowly spreading to neighboring areas.

Surprisingly erratic service in a dense corridor. Service often fluctuates between 3 and 5 bars. This would not be so bad if the signal did not disappear completely so frequently. On second floor so I suspect the interference is industrial or possibly ATC / FAA related as it's significantly better elsewhere in this zip code.

The t mobile on the lower level is run by an idiot, people in McDonald's have more intelligent , I purchased 4 phones there and was yelled at by manager for buying to many, WTF since then switched my family to AT&T and could not be happier, I my opinion this so called manager should be fired a monkey could do a better job, please avoid t mobile at cost. Just recently they must have added a tower in both locations (Dec 2015-Jan2016). I went from 2 bars in one location to 5 bars and 1 bar to 5 bars. It seemed these two new towers filled in the gaps made when MetroPCS went to T-Moble towers. Before the move I had 5 bars, then after it went down as there were less T-Mobile towers. Now the service is great.

Hylan Blvd.from Guyon To Amboy and from Montreal, fairbanks ave to guyon LTE blacked out. 3G works but not always pickin up that. So its a good stretch . I don't know now Guyon to Amboy as only one time tht way but the other is daily. Sprint knows. As for the rest of here its good. Im.also waitin on my self on the LTE plus network.to see since this phone S5 is not compatible .

From October14, 2015 to today November12, 2015 service has been horrendous. Can't make or receive phone or text. I'm told T-Mobile has tower problems.
