NO SERVICE or DATA SERVICE. I called Verizon and they said it would take years to fix the tower. RIDICULOUS. No service but they still charge their monthly fee. Where does that add up?

AT&T seems to be the only provider that works in this area. Verizon, and Sprint drop service when driving most of the south Shore of Staten Island.

Constant dropped calls, when you do get service it's never 4G, always 1X, or maybe 3g. Paying big money for poor service. AT&T is definitely the best option on staten island.

Have t mobile two weeks service sucks the phone sucks switched from Verizon to save money never had a problem with Verizon there service was great spend the xtra money and go with Verizon what a mistake

Cricket wireless is now owned by AT&T and uses AT&T network ( may 2014) service is excellent and data works just fine
