AT&T

I've had AT&T since I was a Senior at Port Richmond HS living in New Springville near PS69 and then Annadale town, always had excellent svc. Moved to Bensonhurst, Brooklyn for a while and never experienced problems with my service there either. Moved back home to Annadale and switched to Verizon for "cheaper rate", had such terrible service within two months I cancelled the contract and reluctantly accepted the cancellation charges, went right back to AT&T, that was about a year and a half ago. Since then, I moved to Port Richmond and now living in Tottenville and have had great service, my bf on the other hand has Boost Mobile and cannot get a signal in Tottenville if his life depended on it. AT&T always has great service, never have issues anywhere, even had best service during Sandy. I hate the contracts, surcharges and fees though!

Absolutely rediculous - no service since Thursday 11 / 29 / 12. Customer Service states Tower in area overloaded yet nothing being done about if for 3 DAYS! They state they'll document and issue a "flag" for the area. Guess it's finally time to switch carriers, i've been with Sprint since 1999 while everyone of my family and friends have Verizon.

Had to purchase a Network Extender from Verizon to get substandard service. Now I act as a cell tower at my expense for Verizon and my reception still Sucks.

Cell phone doesn't ring goes right to voicemail - calls are dropped - no service - House phone has alot of static and that is Verizon also - people in the community are seen walking around outside trying to get a signal on their cells -overall - terrible service - Verizon should give all a rebate on their phone bill

T-mobile is the worst in my area. I hardly get 4G reception. In my basement I get none. They told me to use Wi-Fi in my basement but that doesn't help at all. I have dropped calls and text message do not get received sometimes. I am switching to either Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint this month. And suggestions for Staten Island, NY?

I have had t mobile for 7 months and have had issues pretty much most of the time and the most disturbing is when I have no reception at all and without reason I am definitely not staying with them for 2 years, the 200 dollars I have to pay to get out of the contract will be worth it

My signal switches from 4-0 in an instant and back. I can't get a steady signal. I had this problem when I use to have Tmobile. Metro PCS worked better when I had their 4G phone the LG Esteem. I'm kinda regretting the change over to sprint.

One bar of reception if I'm lucky. There used to be service here and now there isn't. Roommates have Metro, Verizon and ATT and all have service, though ATT is pretty bad in the area too. Sprint sent me a micro tower which helps when I'm home but as soon as I'm out of range the call drops anyway. Shame as I've been with Sprint for 10 years and this situation isn't improving. Going to have to make a switch.

Living near the location everyone complains about (Charlie Brown's), I got a somewhat better reception in Metuchen. Only issue is the GPS signal. The static location is on Edgewood... the area that's the culprit for poor reception. I don't get this at all...
