I just switched cellular carriers for work related reasons. I had AT&T which was excellent and am now w Verizon. While Verizon is excellent at work in the Bronx, it is poor at home -- No one can hear me 7 out of 8 times. And spotty at best up and down Central Ave while I'm doing errands. I got cut off in the middle of a call. I'm purchasing a network extender for use at home. Let's see if that helps. Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage even in my house has been very poor in my neighborhood. I notifier elsewhere also that T-Mobile has lots of dead spots. I got T-Mobile because they allow for a sim card, meaning I can use my phone overseas. But its getting aggravating. Was this review helpful to you?
Calls drop continuously. Logged several complaints with Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with Verizon for many years. They are good in most places but I live in Larchmont, NY. They used to be good here but starting about two years ago I notices a steady decline in the signal strength. Today I have none. Thinking of changing companies. Was this review helpful to you?

No reception along Boston Post Rd and Palmer from Larchmont through Mamaroneck. Awful! Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon always works. Never a dropped call. You only get what you pay for. The men who take care of the towers are all union as I amWas this review helpful to you?
I have ATT and it was the only service that you could get in this area. Now even ATT has horrible service. I have to sit by the cell booster and even then can only get a few bars. Sometimes a call comes in but phone doesn't ring. It's not the phone because once I leave this area my phone works. Ridiculous. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint sucks in section 2, Co-op city drop calls if I ever get them, can't get or send messages, service freezes. Internet seevice freezes most of the time. Try to spend some time on Facebook, forgetaboutit... ... ... ... .Was this review helpful to you?
T-mobile is the biggest scam. They convince you to join and sign you over by canceling your carrier and buying back your phone and don't worry you have 14 days to decide. Well by day 2 I realized that there is minimum service outside of white plains. When I went back to return my phones, there was no way of getting back my old phones and there was no manager I could speak to. Big scam! I hope the manager in white plains is decent and does the right thing by fully crediting my account! Was this review helpful to you?
