Cricket

I have cricket wireless and I cannot call, text, or use the internet, despite paying for their most expensive unlimited plan. Once I leave this zip code things seem to run normally. Its not just cricket wireless. Someone that visited me, and has Verizon also had no service. When I call cricket customer service they are no help. One rep will tell me the tower is working fine, and that someone will contact me to fix the issue(they never do), another rep tells me the tower is down, and will be fixed the next day( yet I still cant talk, text or use the internet)

T-Mobile service is virtually non- existent on Center Blvd. I’ve also had AT&T and Sprint while living here - both awful service as well. amazing that in 2021 I still have to pay for a land line since cell coverage in this area is the worst. Unbelievable for NYC!

I never get full bars in my apartment like Verizon / Visible, but AT&T is much more consistent and (in my opinion) has much better customer service. Verizon / Visible would go from full bars to no service in an instant. With AT&T I get 1-3 bars consistently and their Wi-Fi calling is good enough to make up for it. Outside of my apartment, service is the best!

I got full bars using Visible on Verizon's network, but Visible's customer service is trash and I had porting issues with my number. I had full bars one day and then no service the next. Don't count on Visible getting back to you for help fixing any issues either. It's cheap, but not worth it. Had to switch out in less than a week because they were so unreliable.

I moved to this apartment and with Tmobile, I have no reception. I sometimes barely have one bar but 50% of the time zero reception. MAKE SURE DO NOT GET T MOBILE if you are planning to live in Long Island City, NY! I warned you!

On 2012 was my first complain about poor reception, till now still the same 1-3 bars (most one bar) and alway the stupid E that make data slow, haven’t complained a lot cuz I alway use my WiFi. But now is ridiculous that I been paying 8 year for a shit service

Used to have 4 bars, now I have 1 bar and dropped calls in the hundreds

BOTH AT&T and T-Mobile have the worst service. Constant dropped calls, as many as 6 or 7 per call. Sometimes cant even get a call started due to the # of drops. I switched from ATT to TMobile thinking I'd get better service. It was not. One bar. Cant even make a call outside. And if its a windy day forget it all together. We live in NYC and cant get a cell signal? Instead they sent me no less than 3 different kinds of "boosters" which are supposed to "grab" a signal from the nearest tower but none of them worked. One even hooks up to your wifi and I dont have wifi probs but still didn't work. I finally looked up a map of cell towers by network and guess who had the most towers? TMobile. And plenty just across the water from L.I.C in Manhattan but these boosters or even the phones by themselves couldn't pick up a signal for anything. Now this site is saying Verizon is voted best? But there are no cell towers if you look at their map. At least not in my neighborhood. Cell phone companies dont care about about consumers because you have to pick one anyway. They will NOT build towers in LIC down to Greenpoint BK. I'm considering voting with my $ and sticking to a landline.

I have metroPCS, I have 2 bars all the time at home, slow internet, very slow downloads. I’m unable to use my hotspot / WiFi to connect to my laptop, signal is too weak. I’m very disappointed
