Every call on Verizon is dropped when indoors. A week's worth of back-and-forth troubleshooting with Verizon tech support changed nothing. Data connection is fine if I stand right in front of the window but further inside is completely gone. On the street it drops to ultra-slow 1x so my building is not a faraday cage.

Sprint is the worst service. I have been told that they were going to add new and upgrade towers for the last 5 years. I have unlimited plan and my phone service is still the worst. Only get 4g maybe 10% of the time

Every single day 75% of calls inside are dropped. Have had 2 M cells which ATT said would fix the problem. Horrible Horrible! Doesn't ring on the street and no service on my balcony. I am going to pay to cancel contract, it's that bad.

Zero to intermittent 2-3 G coverage. Since tower went out a couple years ago. Sprint taked big like it wouldbe replaced. Never happened. Verizon landline maintenance just as bad. sizzling or dead after rain and snow. Only recourse offered was fios-Ha! don't have an emergency here, even the call boxes were removed and most pay phones dont work

At times service is ok, other times I have to restart phone to get better reception, call quality, internet and to receive messages that were sent hours ago? 4g Lte phone with 3g service that works when it wants to. They claim to have excellent service in my area according to their coverage map, but truly believe it's photoshop. Why does the FCC allow these carriers to outright lie and cheat people out their money. Thank you.

It's all a matter of location AND weather... .I don't get more than 2, 3 bars here..dropped calls..slow data..You have to keep on refreshing until you lose your min!..but in friend's house.Myrtle / 70th Ave-very good. Also, on 79th Ave / 100ft from Freshpond Rd 5-6 bars just like Midtown W Mhtn.
