You start out with ok service but when, and if you can make a call, your bars go down and the call is sually lost and if it is not then there is bad reception. And some other times you have full bars and cant make a call!

When I make a call it starts out well and then a bout three seconds later the call is dropped and I am in then middle of the street. Nextel sucks

You get perfect covergae and even better reception with this phone. Only the best from Verizon wireless. However, there are other carriers that dont get good service here so stick with Verizon

Never had a problem with verizon... ever I can't say the same for t-mobile. after I pass park place and kingston walking towards E. Parkway, my calls would go silent... uhm... "can you hear me now?" So I switched to verizon. I really haven't had a problem anywhere in the 5 boroughs with them.
