Sprint
The place where I mostly utilize my phone is where I have the worst reception.I been with Sprint for about 4 months now and am regreting every month of paying for bad services.

Until recently, Sprint reception was good for several years. Starting about 2 months ago, I get little to no signal in my home neighborhood (service in other locales is fine). I called SPrint *many* times about this -- they said there was a tower being "upgraded," but then changed their story a few times, citing another tower that had been damaged but couldn't get access to. Their estimates as to when it would be fixed came and went with no improvement. As of now, it is marginally better, but not good by any stretch. Customer service regarding this was an exercise in frustration. After many years with Sprint, I am ditching them. It's no wonder they are going out of business when they treat loyal customers like this.

Switched to Verizon from Sprint a few years ago because Verizon was supposed to have the best network - ha ha. In this neighborhood always had good signal with Sprint - it was in remote areas that I thought Verizon would be better, but Verizon here is bad - weak signal, dropped calls. In more remote areas they both suck. In downtown Manhattan Verizon is great.

Have been on T-Mobile for over 10 years because of their pricing. I've never had great reception with them and virtually none when in my apartment in Brooklyn. When in direct range of a tower, the reception is good to excellent, however I've found that they haven't really increased their towers / coverage that much and service in 2012 still remains spotty and deficient.

0 service in building. If anyone calls, it goes straight to voicemail which will randomly download as a shift around in my apartment. Out on the street, I sometimes get an average signal. Seems like it drops back down to zero for a couple blocks if I'm walking towards Ft. Greene. Friend with Verizon can make calls in my apartment.

In my apartment I receive NO reception, I have to sit on the stoop or in the backyard in order to have a conversation. This only started about 6 months ago, I reported it and it still hasn't gotten better. I wish there were a way I could get out of my contract for free. The service is horrible!

ATT service sucks when I am in my apartment. works ok when outside or even when driving around the neighborhood. I can barely sustain a telephone call when I am in my apt. ATT has done nothing to help during all of the years since I been with them (since iPhone 3)

I have only been with Sprint for 2 days and I am returning my phone tomorrow the service is horrible. I get no reception barely. Every second my phone hits me with a prompt message stating I am roaming. My friends are like they have great plan prices. Whats the point if you can't even use your phone? I just switched from T-Mobile whom I despise because they have very poor customer service and too many hidden fees and foolish methods but at least I could actually make phone calls. I am even contemplating going back to them thats how bad my experience with sprints coverage has been. Now I have to hunt for another provider sighs

The area is so unpredictable. Right outside on my steps I can get around 3-5mbps. But if I were to walk to the corner of Franklin and Brevoort down Lefferets my average speed drops to.05mbps.

1 / 2 the time I literally have "no service" showing up on my phone. How is this possible? I live in NYC.
