Can't use cell phone in my house. Verizon stinks.

There is a serious deficiency in the amount of towers and bandwidth allocated by Verizon for users in the heart of center city Philly. The response and data speeds are so slow that on a number of occasions trying to use speedtest it just times out. Verizon is well aware (just talk to any of the people working at the Market St. store) of the lack of throughput that is available. Basically it comes down to too many users and not enough towers to accommodate the load.

Sprint service is poor--very poor. As a commuter riding the Norristown High Speed Line between Villanova and 69th Street, I can barely use my phone. It drops calls, and using the internet is impossible. The company's maps are a joke: "green" and "light green" are NOT indicative of the cell service along that heavily used corridor. It should be yellow and red. Those map designers should be ashamed--no ethics.

I don't understand my problems with reception. The network just keeps timing out. I have 4 bars and it says 3G but sometimes I try to access my email or send a text and it just won't go through. Currenly I've been trying to send a once sentence email for the past hour and a half. That is not 3G. It just spins and nothing happens. I have an iPhone 5.

Minimal reception, none what so ever in my apartment until driving onto the main road which is township line road and that is a half a mile away.

In 4 years of visiting here, the BEST inside these townhouses is 2 bars... now, often "no service." Turn off the phone to search again, turn on, and get one bar. Dropped calls, can't even get the calls to come through when someone calls us! Doesn't even leave voice mails unless we leave and then get tons.

this is a revision of previous (springfield rd / saxer ave, actually is good on that intersection). The major problem is in my home, ok upstairs and basement but on 1st floor it's very spotty, when I do get a clear call I can't move or I'll 'go in and out' missing a lot of the conversation, can't always hear them or they can't hear me. I was on an iPhone 4 with most of these issues, since that phone died I'm back to an older model Samsung SGH-A867, allthis phone is good for is texting, have to use home phone to be able to talk and this phone isn't a smart phone so no wi-fi either. the iPhone was good for everything else but having those dropped or failed calls in the spotty area, worked fine outside

Just switched to Sprint to get on my girl's plan worst decision ever. I get no service most of the time I have to switch to WiFi. Sold us a 4g LTE phone but don't provide the service in philly. Stuck on 3g the most bars I ever get is 2-3 nothing more. Connection times out all the time. Sprint sucks and is robbing people by charging for 4g service and doesn't even cover the area.Leaving Sprint ASAP

Signal strength has been cut off repeatedly when receiving calls and making calls and while on the phone. I have been prevented from making calls and receiving calls due to this problem not mentioning being cut off from my provider while on the phone with them about signal strength.
