I purchased a phone with the knowledge of paying full price for it,got my number ported to another company in April and today they lock my phone with no warning nothing when I called they telling me it's because I owe $35 for phone that I didn't finish paying for,and because I wasn't keeping the phone I had pay another$250 on top of the almost $300 I already payed for my phone,I'm getting in touch with Better Business Bureau how they charging me twice for a phone and how they putting a $35 tab on me I don't owe and how I'm in a contract I didn't signWas this review helpful to you?

They have the worst reception I have ever experienced. I can barely use data. Everytime I contact them they act like its a big deal and promise they will help me but they never follow up. Once per week I try and post a reception report on their FB page with a photo of speed test results. Then they reach out to me and start with a new round of promises. Eventually they send you this thing that is supposed to boost your signal. it supposedly works well if you can pull in a number of 3 or higher on a 1-10 scale. I sent them photos of my phone next to their signal booster which was posting a robust 6 and I was still not getting a signal. Worst everWas this review helpful to you?
while the status indicates full 4G signal, you can not use the data at all and calls cut out frequently. for 4 months now I've been putting in requests for a resolution to this, at least once a week. every time it is like the first time I contacted them. I've started calling them Dori. they refuse to do anything about the poor to zero data access in the city despite the high volumn of complaints they get and the lowering public opinion of them on social media. they have fully embraced the "take the money and run" mentatllity of big business. I am switching away from them this weekend and filing a complaint with the A.G. and BBB.Was this review helpful to you?

No service once the el train goes in tunnel. No service on any Septa transit that goes underground. All the major carriers AT&T and Verizon have underground service. When traveling to work etc most of it is underground. God forbid if an emergency arises. Any future plans to have service underground?Was this review helpful to you?
