while the status indicates full 4G signal, you can not use the data at all and calls cut out frequently. for 4 months now I've been putting in requests for a resolution to this, at least once a week. every time it is like the first time I contacted them. I've started calling them Dori. they refuse to do anything about the poor to zero data access in the city despite the high volumn of complaints they get and the lowering public opinion of them on social media. they have fully embraced the "take the money and run" mentatllity of big business. I am switching away from them this weekend and filing a complaint with the A.G. and BBB.Was this review helpful to you?

No service once the el train goes in tunnel. No service on any Septa transit that goes underground. All the major carriers AT&T and Verizon have underground service. When traveling to work etc most of it is underground. God forbid if an emergency arises. Any future plans to have service underground?Was this review helpful to you?
Tmobile reception is horrible in this area but supposedly it has amazing service according to their map. Very much false. And yes I'm talking about horrible service even being outside. Using WIFI card. My download speed is 0.86 Mbps by the window pointing toward their tower. Seems they need more towers. Perhaps they should think and act on that before bringing in new customers who will only be disappointed with the speeds.Was this review helpful to you?
I feel like I have good reception in South Philly, sometimes when I am on speaker the reception is not that great, voice seems to break up or sound funny. However, I need technical assistance a lot. I have had tech support stay on the phone with me, for remote service and they are very patient, helpful and always solve my problems. They are courteous and friendly, and even if another carrier provided better signal, I would stay with AT&T because of their excellent technical support.Was this review helpful to you?
Number of calls to Verizon since aug 2015, sent ellipsis 7 into service center 5 times, 5 times came back with no problem found. calls after calls only to find out its the tower issue. Since aug. 2015... ? changed sim 3x etc... VERIZON SHOULD HAVE BEEN UP ON THE PROBLEM AND NO WASTED MY TIME WITH SENDING IN THIS UNIT IN 5X AND DAYS ON DAYS OF CALLS ONLY TO BE A TOWER PROBLEM! HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO BE A "TOWER" ISSUE BEFORE ITS FIXED! LOOKS LIKE THE VERIZON ON THE LEFT is NOT TALKING TO THE RIGHT VERIZON ON KNOWN ISSUS, ONLY TO HAVE THE PR CUSTOMER IN THE MIDDLE.. I HAVE others with the same problem. 4G LTE... ... ... ... ... .paying for the service I can not use in my own town. for MONTHS on END! hours wasted on this that I should have been told on the first place its a problem. My iPhone shows 5bars, but don't receive calls, they go to voice mail and show up after 1hr. Sometimes, I don't see missed call / voice mail. I am shocked to see my wife called me many times, but I don't have missed call / voice mail. I don't have this problem at my home in Voorhees, NJ.
