Verizon provides the only reliable service I have had in all of the following: Bryn Mawr, PA; Hull, MA; Madison, WI: and Palmetto, FL. Don't have to go out on to the porch even surrounded by water in Hull, MA. AT&t stinks everywhere. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile offers generous data plans and additional services that extend your data threshold. UNFORTUNATELY THEIR NETWORK IS SO BAD THAT YOU COULD NEVER REACH YOUR DATA PLAN'S CAPACITY. TRYING TO USE YOUR PHONE TO EVEN READ GOOGLE NEWS IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE SPEED IS SO PITIFULLY SLOW. Their customer service is worthless. They just tell you the problem wiill be fixed in 3 days and get you off the phone. Of course nothing is ever fixed and the only feedback you get is a survey asking how well their customer service rep. solved the problem. This is T-Mobile's idiotic atttemp to appear responsive. Since CS nevers solves any problems, you can guess what kind od responses they get for their survey. Was this review helpful to you?
Sprint has absolutely no service in morrisville! I've been very patient for several months and finally asked to b let out of my contract because I can't use my phones at all, they made me jump through several hoops. So I did everything they asked, they said they would let me out of my contract without penalty. But now received a $1200 bill in the mail! Unbelievable. I've tried T-Mobile, at and t, Verizon I don't even know were to go. If anyone lives in my area and has a good company please let me know. Thank youWas this review helpful to you?
Coverage is good but contract costs are unethical. As technology improves, smartphone apps increase their complexity and older phones begin to underperform precipitously, basically forcing customers to upgrade. The catch is that you cannot upgrade without increasing your monthly service cost ($50 / month additional in my case). You cannot keep your existing plan and replace your phone. They hide the costs in plans like ATTNext, or terminate existing service agreements with you if you won't succumb to rip off installment plans. If you add up the costs of your new "30 month ATTNext" versus what you would pay at your current rate for the next 30 months, you can see the truth. This is not accounting for the cost of the phone. I mean costs above acquisition cost of replacement phone, which is approaching $1,000 for a good smart phone now.Was this review helpful to you?
Just purchased the new iPhone 6s Plus and can't even talk on the phone inside or outside for that matter. Only solution I found was to enable wifi calling from my phone so I'm basically SOL away from any wifi connectionWas this review helpful to you?
Inexcusably awful. 1-2 bars for 3G. Sometimes it says 1x in place of 3G. None of those are LTE which is what I'm paying for. AND since it's always searching for better reception, I spend more money on energy to charge my phone than is necessary. Was this review helpful to you?
I have an I phone 6 with Verizon and the coverage is horrible. 1 bar 1-3 g's and phone cuts out all the time. Slow to no internet. I have to walk around the house to try to make a phone call! Was this review helpful to you?
