Sprint service is poor--very poor. As a commuter riding the Norristown High Speed Line between Villanova and 69th Street, I can barely use my phone. It drops calls, and using the internet is impossible. The company's maps are a joke: "green" and "light green" are NOT indicative of the cell service along that heavily used corridor. It should be yellow and red. Those map designers should be ashamed--no ethics. Was this review helpful to you?
T-Mobile is the worst company I have ever had. I have had to replace 3 phones in the past 90 days. When I talked about leaving the company they offered me a different phone... Which may I add was a down grade from my G2. When asked can I speak to someone of higher power they there wasnt anyone... Wish I could talk to corp by phone but they said no was... ..I couldnt began to count how many dropped calls I have in one day!Was this review helpful to you?
Been with Sprint for a while T-Mobile before that, never have issues with my phone, the network has deffinatly slowed over the last 2 years, used to get great speeds, wimax was 8 / 3 when I had my evo (in cc) 4 / 2 in north, switched to an iphone 4s, slow as a dog, even next to my old cm7 evo 4g my roonate took off my hands. Switched to a galaxy s3, way faster than the iphone, but not faster than the evo even on 3g. Never have a voicemail without a missed call (that did happen downtown with my iphone and happens rarely for Google voice) mad my s3 isn't wimax too as there's no lte yetWas this review helpful to you?
In the house, one to two bars and choppy voice. Very difficult to hold a conversation. Outside, not much better. Great reception elsewhere like at work, in the car, in Chestnut Hill (where I used to live). Was this review helpful to you?
Signal strength has been cut off repeatedly when receiving calls and making calls and while on the phone. I have been prevented from making calls and receiving calls due to this problem not mentioning being cut off from my provider while on the phone with them about signal strength. Was this review helpful to you?
Only get 1-2 bars in my house, in a brand new planWas this review helpful to you?
In a standard NW Philadelphia neighborhood with relatively few trees, Verizon reception is poor: one bar tops inside a standard twin house, maybe two bars if I'm outside. It was so bad, in fact, that I was willing to eat the early termination fee to switch to another carrier. I did this in 2006. I recently bought an iPad with Verizon 4G. This device has a much better antenna than my 2004 RAZR, but the results are still the same. Friends who visit can't use their Verizon devices either. Was this review helpful to you?
garbled voice inside house Security company could not install cell phone on burglar alarm because of poor signal stength. Nearest cell tower is near Wendy's in Haverford. Township will not allow ATT to raise tower higher on roof of office building. People must complain to Lower Merion Township. I was told that it is up to ATT to apply to improve situationWas this review helpful to you?
Although my reception throughout the city is pretty good most of the time, I drop calls every day in my home and every time I go down Bells Mill Rd.Was this review helpful to you?
