Inexcusably awful. 1-2 bars for 3G. Sometimes it says 1x in place of 3G. None of those are LTE which is what I'm paying for. AND since it's always searching for better reception, I spend more money on energy to charge my phone than is necessary.Was this review helpful to you?

While I can get 4 bars consistently indoors, Verizon internet service is horrible regardless of wherever I go around center city. Yet, I continue to see buses with Verizon bragging about its XLTE service. It's a shame there isn't a better carrier in this area because if there was, I'd be gone in a heartbeat.Was this review helpful to you?

Switched home service to Verizon for FIOS bundle. Then switched cell service from AT&T to Verizon LTE cell phone for a no contract (senior) discounted plan. Within two months Verizon unilaterally changed my no contract wireless plan to a two year contract at higher rate with penalty for early termination and reduced my internet speed. I have no recourse because I went paperless and have no proof of what I agreed to at the start. Cell phone usually doesn't work in my house with dropped calls and I have to go outside for reception. When power went out in Feb 2014, my WIFI signal to cell phone cut out as well so I was stuck without communication for four days. I'm ready to cancel and get an AT&T go-phone with low expectations so I am not disappointed.Was this review helpful to you?
when I got Verizon I thought I was getting the best. Wrong again.everybody in my building T-Mobile AT&T Sprint worked like a charm.landlady tells me nothing everything works great here except for Verizon. Call Verizon. gave them the signal reading from my phone. Which sucks. Don't expect anything to be done. Att coverage maps show us to be in the light orange(weak) area. New cell tower equipment on roof of office building next to Wendy's was installed June 1, 2014. I can not see any towers above roof line after work was done ? We get 1 bar reception and have been with AT&T and predessors for 20 years! IPhone's talk and surf feature keeps us with Att. Att will not help us! We had no power this Feb for 4 days and had to walk half mile to get reception in the snow.Was this review helpful to you?
I have never had any problems with Sprint. The reception is great! Even tho, it's 3G it works fast and is reliable. Sprint customer service is great, going on 4 yrs now.Was this review helpful to you?
