We have had no phone service in wynnewood pa for 5 days! We are told a tower is being changed to 5 g and no / poor service is available from bala Cynwyd to Ardmore to wynnewood.. why isn’t a portable tower up until repair is completed.. I’m planning to switch my 4 phone family to Verizon

Dropped calls. Calls can’t be made worst cell service since we move here. Not sure why there is no better option went to 5 g phone still crappy service.

I have AT&T phone service - will not work indoors. I just go Verizon wifi / cable. Heard id I switch to Verizon for cell phone, reception will improve, as the own Sprint and T-Mobile towers also. What say you?

I purchased a phone with the knowledge of paying full price for it,got my number ported to another company in April and today they lock my phone with no warning nothing when I called they telling me it's because I owe $35 for phone that I didn't finish paying for,and because I wasn't keeping the phone I had pay another$250 on top of the almost $300 I already payed for my phone,I'm getting in touch with Better Business Bureau how they charging me twice for a phone and how they putting a $35 tab on me I don't owe and how I'm in a contract I didn't sign

Lived in Delco most of my life. When taking 476 to work I can guarantee I will lose cell service when crossing thru Springfield everytime. Eating at Nick's Roast Beef I see everyone exit outside to try and get service, and I'm pretty sure it's all carriers not just Tmobile. I see the towers but something is blocking service consistently.

T-Mobile is decent for the price you pay. Its one of the cheaper carriers and it works in majority of places. Its frustrating when the internet doesn't load and I have had the most calls dropped with T-Mobile. I used to have AT&T and had no issue. I'm considering going back but its more $$$.

Since moving here two years ago, we have had little to no reception and even my friends who have AT&T have no coverage when they are in my home or surrounding my property. This is such a usually populated area, Why wouldn't AT&T increase their coverage in this area. We pay astronomical cell phone fees for nothing. Planning to change carriers. Two years is long enough just waiting for them to pay attention.
