We have had no phone service in wynnewood pa for 5 days! We are told a tower is being changed to 5 g and no / poor service is available from bala Cynwyd to Ardmore to wynnewood.. why isn’t a portable tower up until repair is completed.. I’m planning to switch my 4 phone family to Verizon

Dropped calls. Calls can’t be made worst cell service since we move here. Not sure why there is no better option went to 5 g phone still crappy service.

Unable to text messages with photos and missed calls (phone does not ring) that go to voice mail. When calling out notice that network is not available. Any suggestions or am I stuck with this?

I have AT&T phone service - will not work indoors. I just go Verizon wifi / cable. Heard id I switch to Verizon for cell phone, reception will improve, as the own Sprint and T-Mobile towers also. What say you?

AT&T offers poor service throughout Lower Merion. My phone operates on one bar. If I get a text while speaking to someone the call is frequently disconnected.

I purchased a phone with the knowledge of paying full price for it,got my number ported to another company in April and today they lock my phone with no warning nothing when I called they telling me it's because I owe $35 for phone that I didn't finish paying for,and because I wasn't keeping the phone I had pay another$250 on top of the almost $300 I already payed for my phone,I'm getting in touch with Better Business Bureau how they charging me twice for a phone and how they putting a $35 tab on me I don't owe and how I'm in a contract I didn't sign

Been with AT&T 15 plus years, switched to TMobile for 6 months or so, lived in Overbrook would see missed calls and the same for Bala Cynwyd in addition dropped calls, I will get text messages late, the same thing happened with T-Mobile but more often which prompted me to come back to AT&T. I went to a house that I’m buying in Bala Cynwyd, my realtor had T-Mobile, the owner had Verizon and I with AT&T was the only one with no service whatsoever. Wednesday my wife called me, I couldn’t hear her, I called her, she couldn’t hear me, that was the last straw. I went to the Verizon store but because it was Thanksgiving eve they closed I believe at 4 o’clock, just received a text from a friend who’s also with AT&T, it’s 915, text was sent at 3:30 AT&T’s days are numbered with me.
