No bars in living room but sometimes 1 or 2 in kitchen. Wasted a ton of time troubleshooting with tech dept with no luck. Upgraded phone to connect via wifi, but that doesn't work half the time either. Supposedly I have strong 4G coverage, but that is a load of crap. Often don't get bars even when I go outside. I used to live in Philly and had excellent reception, but just constant issues after moving to Smyrna. Time to switch carriers. Was this review helpful to you?

Very poor reception where we moved. Most calls or dropped, or cannot even connect. Seven phones in our plan, and AT&T says they can't do anything about it.Was this review helpful to you?

Switched to T-Mobile from Verizon because of the price and was told reception was pretty good in Milford. Not the case at all. Dropped calls, calls not going through, texts never received or sent... my work in Woodside was also a dead zone. Switching back to Verizon today. I can live without 4G, but my phone should at least work as a phone. Get the joy of paying T-Mobile's "restocking fees," which I think are part of how they maintain their business since their service is TERRIBLE outside of Dover. Was this review helpful to you?
Inside the house - fahgetaboutit. Outside the house, sporadic 3 bars then none, regardless, forget about making or receiving a phone call much less trying your internet hahahahaha. T-Mobile offers good pricing but the sad fact is, that unless you are in a major city you will never hope to enjoy your phone and even then you will have good days and bad days. Commute to Wilmington, wife does Newark... we both have problems in the urban area as well. So if you can avoid T-Mobile, I would advise it. Loved Verizon's coverage EVERYwhere but just like Comcast, they are leeches on your wallet. Overpriced services are just that, no matter how good the service is. I would rather go without my phone and cable TV at this point. Was this review helpful to you?
I moved from Newark to smyrna.I have been with T Mobile for 7 years.Last 2 weeks had no service and yet I pay my bills on time.I drop my calls every now and then. When I was driving and I was at dover had reception called customer care they lied to me that they are working on better reception in smyrna which broke. That was a lie don't go to T Mobile service as they are the the worst.I am moving to another carrierWas this review helpful to you?
