Quality of service is a joke! Poor reception, dropped calls, delayed text, you name it... I once stood inside the Sprint store on 18th and M next to my coworker who has AT&T and they had better reception than I did... can't get any worse!

Mostly 2 bars everywhere. 4 bars when I'm within 5 blocks of the tower. Call quality stinks. So much for "The Network. "

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is basically useless in my home. I get approximately 1-2 bars even when at a window. Texts sometimes don't go through at all, and forget about picture texts. Voice reception is also quite bad. When I'm home I generally forward my cell line to my land line. I've contacted Verizon a few times about this (as I also have terrible data coverage in most of Clarendon) and they haven't done anything to correct the matter. Sad, because Verizon was great when I lived in NYC.

HORRIBLE service both inside and outside the building. Failed texts, dropped calls and zero internet connection. My phone is worthless at the RRB. Do yourself a favor - shut it off and save your battery, not to mention your sanity!

Cell signal inside my work building is very poor in general, but even outside I only get 3-4 bars of 3G. LTE is non-existent until you travel more into the city. Sprint, in general, has caused me nothing but issues since I've had them and I cannot wait to switch carriers for the next iPhone. Their LTE is very sub-par, netting only 5-8 mbps down with 3 bars of LTE (when its even avaialble). My actual LTE signal in the DC area has been extremely poor to non-existent. the 3G signal is also extremely crappy, as you'd expect.

Moved in 2 years ago and coverage was fine but in the last 6 months, my calls drop, go straight to VM and most of the time it shows 'searching' and at best I get 2 bars. this was not the case first of the year?? Have they lost a tower or what? Im ready to upgrade phone and I guess carriers too. any insights out there?

In last week reception on our mobiles with VERIZON on the first floor of our house is miserable. My voice going to callers is distorted, choppy and sometimes accompanied by static. I can hear callers clearly most of the time. Weird--and recent.

I had good reception till the beginning of May. Now there is zero connection. No bars at all in the house. Called T-Mobile and they best information given was there was probably work being done on the towers? Anyone else having problems?
