Very little to no reception on 3g and forget even getting on 4g. Sitting near window only 6 floors up. This isn't only a Washington DC area problem either. I get this poor level of service in Dallas, Plano and Fort Worth, Texas. So if you need to depend on your device for either voice or data, don't go with Sprint. I think that the only area where I did get decent coverage was in Sprint Country, Kansas City, KS.

Inside buildings I have really poor coverage. Many times the signal drops. Outside in the Georgetown campus, I get 2 or 3 bars at most. Around the campus, I lose signal randomly. So I don't understand why they just can't add more towers to improve their coverage. However, at home in Mt. Vernon I have pretty decent signal and no problems.

to be among the top 3 service providers in the u.s., sprints service has become subpar in the cellphone service because of the frequent dropped calls,busy network and other related reasons that cause one to drop a call,unable to make a call,or carry on a call is not cool...

Very good signal most of the time. Crowds at nearby Nationals Park sometimes cause problems. My phone hardly works at all at the ballpark.

Little to no reception. On a rare day will get three bars - on a regular day one to zero bars. Sprint of no help. They train their employees to sell and upgrade phones. Other than that, they are useless. Awful!

Very poor reception in buildings, I had a lot of dropped calls. The phone dies in the metro completely but works if the train is on bigger stations like metro center.
