T-Mobile
I had boost mobile for 3 years prior to going with tmobile. My 2 year obligation is up in April and I cant wait to switch to something else. I have to have wifi in my house and car, or else I wouldn't be able to browse on my phone. Beyond POOR internet with T-Mobile in Hagerstown. I needed to update my payment card for my car internet ( which is with AT&T btw) so I temporarily had to rely on my phone internet to actually work until I was able to turn my car internet back on. It literally took me 30 mins and having to drive to different parts of the town to load 1 simple page and process my payment. Worst and most inconvenient service for what we pay.

I don't understand why Verizon coverage, is so poor here. And I switched from Sprint of all companies! Verizon used to utilize the US Cellular network (had great coverage) but now is very poor. Sending photos and file attachments is especially tedious, even though I'm on my home Wi-Fi. I guess Verizon's messaging system doesn't utilize WiFi. It's very disappointing considering Verizon's premium pricing.

I had Sprint for about 30 years. No problems at all. Now that T-Mobile has bought Sprint, I get 2 bars at home, sometimes no service. Also drop calls when out. Don't try to fix something what ain't broke.

I have terrible reception and can’t even send photos or access my emails. My ergo is so slow and I drop calls all of the time when I am on the phone.

For myself always happy with Sprint service at my residence and where I would go on the road. However now that T-Mobile has taken over next to no service at my residence and even in Hagerstown, MD it's spotty including major interstates the signal is not as strong as it has been for 21 years. Seems all cell phone providers have issues, just need my service to work at my residence and where I travel most of the time. T-Mobile is not providing me with the service a need. Verizon is so expensive and apparently having issues in Washington County as well. Seems like much better coverage is needed by all providers for the price they charge for service. Big city customers pay the same but I guess must have better coverage.

Ive been through 2 cell phone providers which is boost mobile and T-Mobile both said that coverage would be good well I'm here to tell you they both pretty much suck in all areas of either hagerstown md and funkstown md. I cant even send a txt message let alone use the data to look at my emails. I will be taking this phone back to T-Mobile only because of the service they said would be good. I think I was lied to.
