Been with Sprint for about 5 yrs now, and the last yr has been HORRIBLE. I am shopping around now trying to switch carriers. I don't receive phone calls at all. People will call me asking why I haven't called them and I have no notifications that anyone called. This has been an ongoing issue now for months.

T-Mobile has horrible reception in Greenbrier! I can't even send a picture in a text, or refresh any social media apps. In Edinburgh, I get "0" service. Nothing. Nada. I am so angry that I gave up my legacy Verizon "truly unlimited" and grandfathered plan for this. The T-Mobile ads lured me in, but as soon as my contract is over - back to Verizon I go. If I'm going to overpay, at least I will have service. What a joke.

Horrible reception! Brand new phone and still having issues. When you're talking to someone calls go in and out and messages don't send half the time.

The issue I am having has only started within the last few months. Data speeds indoors are horrendous now. I am barely getting 2G speeds. I used to have very good speeds at my desk. Nothing has changed on my end so I don't know what's going on. This is happening on my phone and my hotspot.

I was living out in central PA neck of the woods and rarely would have a connection problem. Now I come to a place with at least 4 big cities around and I'm having trouble to make a simple call. I have a DroidX which never gave me a problem... until now. Looked into the net for tips and found out DroidXs have a GPS problem, kinda physical one, which is solved by many thru adding a little patch behind on top of the battery lid... Didn't work for me... Got Some GPS fix apps that seem to help... Anyways that's only the gps problem... My phone doesn't even want to slide to open... type in numbers to make a call... it takes forever. Then, try to hit the send button... After several attempts it finally go thru in stumbles... What a mess! I can see it's not only this carrier and I get to understand something very wrong is going on with the towers and it seems no one is taking care of as it's on going since 2009... Who'd imagine that this could be a good reason to leave this place running?

I constantly have dropped calls. I have to walk around my house or even outside to complete a call. I have been with Sprint for 12 years now... I think it is time to switch to a new carrier!

Between Poor and Below Average. I get 1 bar within my home of 4GLTE but if I step outside I will get 3 to 4 bars of 4GLTE. Have to use WIFI while in my home. If I step into any store 10 to 20 feet I lose coverage all together. Signal strength falls severely while within ANY structure. Looking to change carriers with better INDOOR signals.
