you must stand and not move to have reception... and there is an unused cell tower within sight so why doesn't a cell carrier put an antenna up on the empty cell tower. Honestly the poor cell reception on centerville is shamefull.

Great carrier, I get full bars when all other carriers are gone in my ship. I have yet to cause my phone to throttle down my speed even with 5 devices tethered to it. (T-Mobile's cap is 1, AT&T allows 2, and Sprint won't allow any before your service turns into crap.) Easily the best phone service I ever got from the companies I have tried. Also they have great overseas coverage.

I RARELY get reception with AT&T living in Foxfire neighborhood. If i'm downstairs, my phone constantly says "service unavailable", calls get dropped or not even received! If I go to the second floor of the house, I get reception and can have an actual conversation through calls or texts. It's so annoying having to search for reception. Boyfriend has Sprint and claims his reception is always available. I will most likely end up switching carriers!

The call quality is okay but goes in and out from time to time. The internet is terrible! Super slow and pages never load all the way. My text messages are ALWAYS delayed. The time I receive them are always at least 5 minutes or more late from the time stamp on them. I get roughly 2 to 3 bars of service throughout the day. 4 bars if I am close to Town Center.

Signal strength varies between 2 to 5 bars. Says connected to 4g, depending on time of day, data speeds are very good. If home during the day on a weekday, data is good. Weeknights and weekends data speeds are intermittent. Obviously the towers get well loaded.

I brought the Iphone 4s the end of March and had signal problems with the phone every sent... I have been with Sprint for 12yrs. and now the just sux for a like of better words... I trying to wait until the end of my contract to end but I don't think I can wait until then... why you may asked, because I'm try to run my business with this so call service

Voice is great. Works perfectly except areas closer to the base. But Data connection's horrible! I've called about it and they said they're putting up towers and then gave me $15 credit. Called again and still no progress. I get no data at all in my neighborhood.

I live one block off of Ferrell Pkwy. and Indian River Rd.in the Brigadoon Pines section. I get no reception in my home at all even when fully charged. My carrier is Verizon that took over from Altell many years ago. I am very disappointed. I am switching carriers after I read all these reviews.
