Verizon
Reception constantly goes to 3G and 1x or no service at all. Sick of it! At times I couldn't call 911 if needed. I pay $108 a month for crap service. Verizon how about some customer service!???

Service works OKAY on holidays or early morning. As soon as 11am-12pm comes, SIGNIFICANT service drop. Did a speed test app, shows LESS than 1mb / s, upload will go from 2.5mb / s to LESS than 1mb / s. Outside is slightly better than inside. It's 2020, these providers are making BILLIONS off this monopoly of cellular service. I had better service in the middle of nowhere. No reason to these people can't improve the coverage. All about that money tho.

Previously had Verizon for 20 yrs, now ATT for last 2 yrs. Neither provides strong signals or useful verbal communications here without a signal booster. At Over $200 / mo for 2 lines, we are getting royally screwed. Next time around we will try T Mobile.

Dropped calls, 1 bar on both Samsung Notes 2 and 4. Funny thing, telemarketer calls, which are many, are never dropped. Once out of the home area, the signal is good.

Signal wavers between one bar and no signal. Totally unusable in or outside of my house.

I have had T-Mobile for over 8 years. I have had an Android device since the original G1 "Google Phone" the first Android smart phone. In the early days of 3G data, T-Mobile had spotty irregular coverage. Today I can say the 4G LTE system is not only fast (average 24MPS indoors, old brick house) the coverage is solid everywhere I go in Hampton Roads and traveling out of town. Many of the negative reviews of T-Mobile service seemed like a time warp, as it is what I was experiencing several years ago, but not today. T-Mobile is giving me fantastic customer service, phenomenal coverage and data speeds. Thank you for the work and the upgrades. The hard work shows, T-Mobile is The Best.

Very little reception in downtown Norfolk by the Waterside, a heavily urbanized area with hotels, office buildings, and McArthur Center mall within walking distance. Would lose reception to the point of having to restart once in a different location.
