Coverage in Lynchburg is decent but drops out going down US 29. No coverage from Colonial Hwy. (Rt 24) all the way to Hurt / Motley exits. I complained and they said they were working on it but have seen no significant improvement in the past year.Was this review helpful to you?
Horrible service, bad reception and thousands of dropped calls. We switched from Sprint to TMobile during Dec 2017, I did not think anyone could be worse but I was wrong TMobile is the worst service ever! I'm ready to pay off all devices and switch. I've had virgin mobile, Sprint and now verizon. I think Sprint may have a slight advantage. I live in Buena Vista and work in Lexington. Verizon is definitely spotty inside of buildings. I'm here now with one bar. If I go outside I will get 2 to 3. County coverage isn't as good as Sprint used to be. In Lexington I get better reception mostly unless in a building. I have two phones. An S7 and an S4. Reception on both is identical. I'm no longer under contract and am seriously considering going back to Sprint. I got my granddaughter a Walmart phone with whatever the service is they offer ( I forget because it's on autopay ) and she gets a better signal than I do. I may even move over to that. The only reason I haven't is because I don't know what it would be like for travel.Was this review helpful to you?
