I have been waiting for 4g for two years, with Sprint now leaving wimax for lte I may try another service. I have been paying sprints $10 charge for 4g and they have not lived up to their end of the deal. But somehow I get a 4g signal in my bedroom and nowhere else in Lynchburg... .weird.Was this review helpful to you?
even though they're map shows for good 4g coverage for my area, no connection in house, have to walk a block to memorial ave to get 2 bars of 4 G,, no good at all stuck on 2 g speedsWas this review helpful to you?

Very Decent for our area. For the Verizon user talking about 4G lies, I can tell you that 4G is coming and soon. The Lynchburg Verizon towers currently are marked for burial of fiber optic cable which is needed for the 4G bandwidth and speeds. Additionally, Verizon is very committed to rural service delivery in our area. I know for a fact that they are expanding coverage in Amherst and Bedford counties. This is why I am willing to pay a little more for Verizon. To be fair. US Cellular should have 4G running in Lynchburg soon as well. Was this review helpful to you?

I have been very happy with T-Mobile since I have been using them for the past month or so. I get 4-g coverage almost everywhere over town. Forest is a less, and out in Gladys is less as well, but I have been very happy with them. Was this review helpful to you?
I think as of right now, Verizon has the best reception in the general area... I wish others would improve. I used to have AT&T and had to leave them.. I was one of the many people who had to leave their phone on the windowsill when I got home just to get barely 1 bar of coverage. I switched to Straighttalk (Verizon) and had great coverage all over town and in buildings... I never worried about a signal, but Straighttalk is not a very good wireless company, and I left them after a long time for T-Mobile. I have been very happy with T-mobile, and their coverage is almost as good as Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
