Sprint barely works in Charlotte or even across North and South Carolina. It’s extremely frustrating. Was this review helpful to you?
The 4g service has been deteriorating over the last year, speed and reception. Now its complete garbage where it use to work fine. On I-77, the 4g cut out then after a few minutes of nothing switched to 3g. This is in Charlotte on a major highway. Just one example of the service dropping off over the last few years. Was this review helpful to you?
Generally working with 1-2 bars. In transit is impossible, can't keep a call up. Can't receive messages. Same in Midwood, was completely unable to do anything with zero signal. Verizon used to be pretty solid, but now they're terrible. Worried about other reviews and their complaints with other carriers. I can't imagine it's actually the city? Was this review helpful to you?
Charlotte, BofA Stadium, Downtown, etc. The whole City of Charlotte INCLUDING DOWNTOWN has the worst cell reception of any city in the US on ANY CARRIER. I have tried AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. They are all abysmal in the city of Charlotte. The carriers, businesses and the city should be ashamed. I know a few people who have left just because they cannot carry out simple business tasks in a modern mobile world. Get with the times. THIS SUCKS!Was this review helpful to you?
Have lived in Georgia and DC with fabulous service. Moved here and can make a call, keep a call without dropping, or even surf the web. Extremely disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?

I moved to charlotte 6 months ago from PA, back in PA T-Mobile service was great with 40MB download speed but here in charlotte I have no signal in my office uptown (downtown) for most of the day. And when am home I get about 1.5 MB. All the unlimited data is useless when you can't use it.Was this review helpful to you?
