When I'm in my house I get 1 bar of 3G half the time then itll switch to 1 bar of edge. When I go outside though I'll get around 4-5 bars immediately since AT&T have updated their towers in this area latelyWas this review helpful to you?
Reception isn't great but decent. I can make calls from my basement which is all I really care about. Never really dropped any calls. Only thing bad about Verizon is the amount they charge for their data plans.Was this review helpful to you?

Have actually been dropped on a 911 call in my front yard. Not the best result to occur. Signal drops from 5 to 1 bar intermittently. Thank God I am out of the contract. I am debating a change in carriers, but after reviewing other results am not so sure any is better than others.Was this review helpful to you?
Can't hold a conversation, calls breaking up or not going through, texting won't go through either. I can't even update my phone because that call won't go through.Was this review helpful to you?
I either get 1 bar or "no service". I have reported this several times to Verizon and have had no help. This is my only phone so I am really worried that I will have an emergency and won't be able to get help. I have until July on my contract (I've been with Verizon for 10 years) and will find a new carrier at that time. Calls are constantly dropped, conversations must be repeated, I am past frustration. I had to increase my minutes due to the amount of dropped and bad calls, increasing my monthly bill.Was this review helpful to you?

We were former Cingular customers before Suncom ruined everything. Signal at our house went from 5 to near 0, and had too much time left on the contract to break it. Now T-Mobile has taken over, no improvement in the signal, and SMS took time to start working again. T-Mobile has not responded to my online support request I placed 4 days ago. I'm sure they're inundated by all the already upset Suncom victims. I went back to a T900 pager just so I could communicate at the house.Was this review helpful to you?
