NO SERVICE... . and AT&T is of no help. The customer service department is very rude and they won't provide a solution at all. I suggest to shift to a DIFFERENT CARRIER if you are in this area. WORST ATT... DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My cell strength was 2-3 bars (out of 4-5), and recently dropped to 0-1 bars, and reception quality is terrible. Sometimes I get LTE, others 3G or nothing and my signal strength indicator is empty... .0. Calls are dropping on 485, and my call quality is now spotty all the time. I work from home, and use my cell all day - I need to find a new carrier - like immediately!

Fluctuates between 3G and 4G 2 bars at best. Reception downstairs sometimes disappears. Getting worse lately (June 2018) with more dropped and missed calls. I work remotely and rely on this crappy service. Will look I to switching.

Charlotte, BofA Stadium, Downtown, etc. The whole City of Charlotte INCLUDING DOWNTOWN has the worst cell reception of any city in the US on ANY CARRIER. I have tried AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. They are all abysmal in the city of Charlotte. The carriers, businesses and the city should be ashamed. I know a few people who have left just because they cannot carry out simple business tasks in a modern mobile world. Get with the times. THIS SUCKS!

I get one to two bars of 1X service consistently. Horrible - drops most every call. Used to have 4G. What has happened?! My phone is only 2 1 / 2 years old.

I h've been here for a year and living with 'No Service' all the time. I am using AT&T for 2 years, we are 4 members in our account. When we are inside our apartment, the signal is dead with ' No Service'. And At&T wont support Wifi calling on iphone 5s,which is ridiculous. Hate AT&T as a loyal customer. If you are living in this area, please dont go for At&t. out of paying huge money as rent, we get no signal without any reception.

Have lived in Georgia and DC with fabulous service. Moved here and can make a call, keep a call without dropping, or even surf the web. Extremely disappointed.

Have Verizon home phone, for last month only 1 bar, calls continually drop. Used to have 2 bars most of the time, don't know why the change. Customer service was no help said it probably was because I was 5 miles from a tower. Going back to a landline.
