Perfect signal stringth almost always 4 or 5 bars. Seems almost every where I go in NC I have great signal strangth. Never have had a dropped call. The unlimited data is awesome ( even if I still have it in my mind I only have 2GB thanks old carrier) but it's nice to know I do have it and slowly getting to loveing using it. Call quality is clear exsept when talking to friends with Verizon they are kind of choppy sounding but they say they hear me fine... . over all I am loving it

Constantly dropping calls. Hours spent with their technical people to no avail. I do ok when Im out and about but at home I drop 80% of my calls. Do NOT go with Sprint in this area! So frustrating!

The signal for the T-Mobile services is subpar in most of uptown areas. Simple music streaming becomes very difficult during peak hours around uptown. Having said that speaking to other people, it seem other carriers have the same issue. I remain with T-Mobile because outside of uptown I am able to stream music / videos pretty easily. The unlimeted data is a huge plus since I use aroudn 30-40gb per month. Also I traveled to Europe and was able to get free data during my trip.

Searching for another network with GSM basis for foreign use. The trouble is that none seem any good. T-Mobile supposedly has the best foreign use, but their site says they have no coverage in England. Hate to stay with Verizon but its looking that way.

My wife has issues with group texting and my kids have no reception at Weddington middle and high school. Those are my major complaints. If T-Mobile could fix these issues, I would be a satisfied customer.

In Charlotte visiting family and have absolutely no service. Arrived at the airport and couldn't even let family know I had arrived. Very disappointed.

4G coverage in Uptown is usually no more than one or two bars. In my building it's just one bar, which may be expected since indoor coverage is affected by so many factors. Service routinely switches to 3G, so coverage seems to always be right on the edge making surfing the Web slow and frustrating. This results in my battery draining quickly while in town. Seems like service was better a few months ago so I've been wondering if a tower is down or if a roaming agreement for this area has changed and affected the service. Bottom line is I have not been pleased with my service for a while. I have a Galaxy Note 2 and it's in good working order, but other Verizon customers in my building report the same bad service issues using a variety of different phones.

I drove from nations Ford to Cameron Valley Prky. Dropped 7 calls. 4 to customer service. Hilarious! They gave me 25 dollar credit. Absolutely a joke. I'm not sure what happened. It is just terrible. Used to laugh about dropped calls because I never had them happen. Now my friends are the ones laughing.

Using T-Mobile network through reseller 35orless (a lot less expensive) 4G coverage all over my area - my phone isn't LTE compatiable
