My service is with a mobile virtual network operator, Kroger I-Wireless. It resells Sprint service. My phone is the Coolpad Quattro II which runs on 3G or 4G. Service in this area is adequate to fair, inside buildings it is abysmal. In the University area, service cuts in and out. Call quality is poor. Was this review helpful to you?
Good so far. Almost a solid three bars in my apartment at all times. Was this review helpful to you?
No cell reception anywhere on campus, I am buying my college students Verizon phones! Was this review helpful to you?
Calls typically drop once I reach this area. Otherwise, good service the rest of Charlotte (which I will indicate in another review)Was this review helpful to you?
Hard time making or receiving calls inside the house. Data is very slow. VZ works well at our house but I dont want to pay x2 what I m paying now. The only reason I m still with Sprint is the Sero Account that is very cheap. Also, I live in LTE area but I have yet to experiance it! I hope they do something about it soon. Was this review helpful to you?
Dropped calls all day long. We are constantly asking callers to repeat themselves the signal is horrible. We are no longer under contract thus we are shopping around for better service. We have been with Sprint a very long time but cannot continue with such bad reception service. Was this review helpful to you?

Reception is generally very good outdoors and in smaller buildings in Charlotte. I usually get about 4 bars everywhere in the city. I have also noticed a significant increase of service inside buildings on campus over the past 2 months. 3G speeds run between 2 and 4 Mbps. Was this review helpful to you?
Love my new Sansung Sunburst, but will be returning it tonight. Looks great, takes a good picture, but no reception in my office and drops calls on campus and on the road back to Concord each day. My KRZR works great, so I am digging it out of the drawer and will continue to use it until I can find a GOOD replacement. Was this review helpful to you?
