Sick and tired of T-Mobile reps walking into my office trying to sell me their service. They did it again today and interrupted our sales process of a walk in customer who was interested in buying our service. I just switch to T-Mobile on concord mall mills. I met with Ibrahim (t-mobile sales associate). He show me really good rate plans and his service was excellent. Was this review helpful to you?

Service drops constantly or I cannot be heard. Moved from CA and when moved in to this home the service just disappeared. Need ot walk outside to find service. Feels like I am out camping in the Sierra Nevadas. Going to Sprint to see if the service is better here. Was this review helpful to you?
I have had this service a little over a week an it is by far the worst I have ever had. I can barely make a call. If I do get a call I can't hear them or they can't hear me. It says 4G coverage but it is E with no bars. Cant get online with or without wifi. They won't give me a refund or my money back. I should never had left Cricket. At least the services were good at Cricket. I am just going to loose the money I'm leaving Metro it sucks. Was this review helpful to you?

Good so far. Almost a solid three bars in my apartment at all times. Was this review helpful to you?
Moved out of Matthews and into the rural Mint Hill area. Went from having 2 or 3 bars of LTE down to 1 at best; most of the time I get kicked down to 4G. Reception is non-existent inside my house, have to be within inches of a window or go outside. Sucked it up and bought a Microcell from AT&T and it fixed our reception problem in the house, we now have full bars. Down side, if we are arriving home or leaving home while on the phone, we lose the call as it either switches to or from the Microcell. I can't beat the service plan I have with my family due to the discounts I receive through work, but I would switch to Verizon in a second if they could match the price. Was this review helpful to you?
