I used before T-Mobile and always the reception is poor and I wont received call most the time I missed many calls, and they give me supposes free table and always they charge 35 each month and each month have to call the company o go to the store for fixed I did this for 5 months and they never fix the problem they create the problem for me T-Mobile always take my money and made me pay the table that was supposes "free" If someone read this what I can do because they stole my money and made me pay something was suppose free. Extremely EXPENSIVE. 2-year contract is an albatross around my neck. Would love it if the whole account had a contract termination date, not each phone. Having issues with the 4G, never had all 4 bars, maximum 2. Switching to T-mobile. Told by Verizon that smartphones were built to last for about 2 years only.Was this review helpful to you?

Verizon service at my home used to be good but now if I get one bar I'm lucky. There is a cell phone tower less than a mile from here but Verizon obviously doesn't want to pay to keep the good coverage in this area. My wife and son also have trouble so I guess we need to be looking for another carrier. Calls to the Verizon customer service all say they show coverage in the area but it's a lie- check all the other negative reviews about Verizon in this area.Was this review helpful to you?
We have had AT&T cell service for many years, multiple states and even overseas and have been happy with the reception. However, everything changed when we moved to Charlotte, NC. Never have more than one bar and calls drop all the time. Changing service!Was this review helpful to you?
Perfect signal stringth almost always 4 or 5 bars. Seems almost every where I go in NC I have great signal strangth. Never have had a dropped call. The unlimited data is awesome ( even if I still have it in my mind I only have 2GB thanks old carrier) but it's nice to know I do have it and slowly getting to loveing using it. Call quality is clear exsept when talking to friends with Verizon they are kind of choppy sounding but they say they hear me fine... . over all I am loving itWas this review helpful to you?
Service drops constantly or I cannot be heard. Moved from CA and when moved in to this home the service just disappeared. Need ot walk outside to find service. Feels like I am out camping in the Sierra Nevadas. Going to Sprint to see if the service is better here.Was this review helpful to you?
I have had this service a little over a week an it is by far the worst I have ever had. I can barely make a call. If I do get a call I can't hear them or they can't hear me. It says 4G coverage but it is E with no bars. Cant get online with or without wifi. They won't give me a refund or my money back. I should never had left Cricket. At least the services were good at Cricket. I am just going to loose the money I'm leaving Metro it sucks.Was this review helpful to you?
